Use these settings for IMAP
Secure SSL/TLS IMAP e-mail settings are the preferred method for setting up email in your e-mail client
The IMAP e-mail protocol synchronizes e-mail between all devices
These settings are for e-mail hosted by Utah Micro. Do not use these settings for Office 365 e-mail setup
Secure SSL/TLS IMAP settings
Username = Your full email address
Password = Your e-mail password
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing Server
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Advanced settings
Incoming IMAP port: 993
Outgoing SMTP port: 465
Encryption is on by default
Non-SSL IMAP settings
Username = Your full email address
Password = Your e-mail password

Use these settings for POP3
Secure SSL/TLS POP3 e-mail settings are the best method when using POP3
The POP3 email service does not syncronize email between your e-mail client and the mail server
If you are going to use your e-mail on more than one device we recommend that you use the IMAP e-mail settings
